Really helpful staff and very clean hotel. The onsite restaurant is very decent and it is a convenient location between the airport and the cruise port. Not a lot of stuff to do nearby but a great place to be before you go on a cruise. Some design choices haven't aged well - looking at you open shower w/ small glass divider getting water everywhere! But I will definitely stay here again in the future because it's a good value for what they offer, and staff was so friendly (Leidys was the best) and helpful with luggage storage.

We just stayed here and I want to give an honest review. Upon arrival, Gabriel was not welcoming at all. He didn’t seem interested in helping and honestly acted like he didn’t want to be there. I had to ask where I should even go to get to my room. First impressions matter and it just wasn’t warm or friendly. The room itself was very clean, which I definitely appreciated. One thing to note though — there’s no shower door, so water can get a little messy on the bathroom floor. I also requested razors to be brought to my room and was told I had to come downstairs to get them. Not a huge deal, but a little inconvenient. Now for the bright spot — Ruby at checkout completely redeemed the experience. She was sweet, welcoming, and had such a pleasant attitude. It made a big difference ending the stay on a positive note. Overall, clean rooms, but customer service seems to depend on who you get.

This was my first time in Florida and this hotel just made it the best experience. So easy to check in and they had the most sweetest, genuine, good hearted people working here. Amaru made me feel like if I was right at home I can’t thank her enough, and Daniel made sure everything was convenient for us and easy going. Highly recommend this hotel, thank you to the staff for their hard work at making sure we get best of the best!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was Ruby, the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and a professional attitude. She made the check-in process smooth and quick, answered all my questions patiently, and even offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Ruby went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely kind and attentive. She is a true asset to the hotel!

Nice modern hotel with great amenities. The breakfast is great if you can get it included. The gym on the 6th floor has almost all you need for a complete workout. And the staff is probably the best feature from the front desk to the cleaning staff, so friendly and helpful! The location is busy with trucks in the morning but that would be my only complaint.

Amazing person! Wish every hotel has employee like her.

I booked this hotel last minute not expecting anything but it has pleasantly surprised me! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is your basic American breakfast but does the work. Definitely great value for the price. I’d say this compares closely to the Holiday Inn Express. I was not able to book nearer downtown Miami but taking Uber/Lyft to head that way is not the worst thing (about $20 USD per way).

Second stay here and still a great choice. I like staying close to the airport the night before a flight, it removes stress and puts you in travel mode already, and this place is perfect for that. Recently renovated, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. Big highlight for me: spacious rooms with hardwood floors, no old, dusty carpets that trap smells and germs. Huge plus. I stayed in a king room this time: very comfortable, great bathroom, and overall a calm, modern vibe. Easy place to get some work done, relax, and even catch an NFL game on TV. Simple, clean, efficient. Exactly what a good hotel should be.
